Dr. Sofo Tanko Rashid Computer is a seasoned telecommunications and digital development expert committed to expanding access to electronic communications across Ghana.
Ing. John A. Ofori is a seasoned telecommunications and digital development expert with over 20 years of experience in the ICT and public sectors. He has a strong track record in strategic leadership, policy implementation, and driving digital transformation.
Before his appointment as Administrator of GIFEC, he held several key leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, overseeing large-scale projects and initiatives that contributed significantly to Ghana's digital landscape.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve lives, bridge the digital divide, and create opportunities for all Ghanaians, especially in underserved communities.
